As someone who never really knew what to do at the gym (or how to attain my goal physique), getting coaching and a customized workout plan from Julian was life-changing. I would follow generic workout guides from fitness influencers that had completely different body types and lifestyles from myself, and I could never understand why I wasn't achieving what I wanted. Sitting down with Julian and having him listen to me and my workout goals was incredible, and I knew that he was building a workout plan around who I was instead of a "one-size-fits-all" Approach. One size does not fit all, and I'm so appreciated of Ripped coaching for being a huge part of my health and fitness journey!

I’ve been trying to get myself in shape for while by using different fitnessprograms I could find on the internet. The main reason those programs didn’t suit me was because they always lacked a personal touch. When Julian helped me by making a program suitable for me, he kept on checking in how everything went. The fact that I was able to communicate with him, helped me. Thanks to that we were able to adjust my program from time to time to help my progress. With Ripped I got more than just a fitnessprogram and it was just the missing part I was looking for!
